At Winwood Advanced Trees, we strive to deliver our trees in the best condition possible at the time of sale. Before you purchase, have a chat with us about planting procedures and view the instructions on our Care information webpage to ensure your trees flourish. Please note that we do not offer any form of warranty once the items have departed from our nursery.

RETURNS
Unfortunately, due to the trees being out of our care once they leave the Winwood nursery, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds due to damage or a change of mind. However, we will offer advice before your purchase, and you are welcome to contact us with any issues that may arise after planting.
